What’s a 200% guarantee?

We try to give a service that leaves you so happy that you’ll recommend our company to everyone you know! And so we offer our “200% guarantee!”

If you aren’t happy with our work the first time, we’ll clean it again, but for free. If you still haven’t got the results you wanted, we give a complete refund!

I need work done for a non-residential / commercial property, are you able to help?

You bet, we do both commercial AND residential window cleaning in Bristol. (And surrounding areas!)

We also clean properties such as restaurants, offices, shops, bars, pubs, clubs, b+bs, hotels, schools, supermarkets, nursing homes, churches, leisure centers, etc.

What does it cost?

We always price our jobs on an individual basis, because each job is different and requires a quote specific to that job!

If you complete our form below, giving as much detail as possible, we can supply a rough estimate. We’ll then confirm the price upon seeing the job in person and you can decide if you want to proceed, or not!

Do you serve my area?

We serve all of Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea, Clevedon, Thornbury and Portishead.

So if you’re in one of those areas, you’re in luck!

Do you have insurance?

Absolutely!

You and your property are protected by the Public Liability insurance we have, so in the very unlikely event of any accidents, we’re covered. (For upto £5,000,000)

It’s worth pointing out that we haven’t ever made a claim to our insurers, so the likelihood of this needing to be done is very, very low. (But if it does, you know we have insurance!)

What forms of payment do you offer?

Because we want everything to be easy for you, we have a number of ways you can pay us, like cash on the day, standing orders or online payments.

If you’ve been a customer with us over a longer period of time, we also take cheques from you or payments via post.

Is it O.K if I'm not at home when you come to clean? (Or sometimes we're asked, do you mind if I AM home when you come to clean!)

You don’t have to be there when we clean, but if you are, that’s O.K. too!

It’s preferable that you’re there for the first cleaning we do, this lets you point out what you need cleaned and you can give us any information we may need to be aware off. Although that isn’t a 100% requirement. If you can’t be there, we can still carry out the work.

After the first cleaning you won’t need to be there at all, but we will have to make sure we have access to the windows that are being cleaned. However this can all be discussed after we’ve done the first cleaning.

Upon completion of our cleans we also put a note in your letterbox, just so you’re aware that we’ve been and give you a reminder of when we’ll be back for your next clean.

If you want we can also send an email or text message on the evening before your next service, just so you know we’ll be visiting.

Do you provide other types of services?

We don’t just provide window cleaning services, we also offer a few more cleaning services.

For instance we offer a pressure washing service, a gutter cleaning service, a conservatory cleaning service, an interior office cleaning service, an end of tenancy cleaning service and a lot more cleaning related services!

Will the quote you give me be fixed?

The quote we give will be a rough estimate.

Sometimes this estimate can change if some information was accidentally left out of the message, or if we misunderstand the work you were asking to be done.

We’ll confirm the price upon seeing the job in person and you can decide if you want to proceed, or not!

Will you need a parking space?

It sure does help, but if it’s not possible, don’t worry. We have a lot of equipment that is portable.

However, if you could let us know what the parking situation is like before we arrive, it makes it much easier to prepare what we need to bring!

Can I choose what day and time you come?

If you’re getting a one time clean we’ll always work alongside you, so we can find the best time and day. Something that fits your schedule and is within the open slots that we have!

If you’re getting a regular clean then we’ll put you into our schedule, which is something like, day 1 covering all houses in Bedminster, day 2 covering all houses in Clifton, day 3 covering all houses in Cotham, etc.

This just saves us having to go back and forth, all over town!

If for some reason you’re unable to fit the schedule we have, no problem. We’ll do the best we can so our service fits around you!
